MALVON may not honor a cancellation request after your order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number you provided during checkout.
You may return or exchange purchases only in accordance with our refund policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Please note: Some models fit smaller. Make sure to check the size guide before ordering. We CANNOT take responsibility for orders placed in the wrong size.

The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time you place the order, as reflected in the confirmation email you receive. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once we hand over the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.
At checkout, customers are required to review and confirm all order details, including size, color, quantity, and shipping information.
By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that all entered information is correct.
MALVON cannot modify or cancel orders once they enter production.
Any financial consequences resulting from incorrect order details fall solely under the customer’s responsibility.
