Shipping Policy – MALVON
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
All products are made on demand and shipped from the warehouse closest to your location.
1. Processing & Delivery Time
- Production time: 2–7 business days
- Shipping: Varies depending on your country and the product.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
Example: If you buy a hoodie that is only available in the warehouse in USA, the delivery may take up to 20 days. If the hoodie is 50% cotton and 50% polyester, it may take only up to 5 days because they are easier to get from the warehouses close to your address.
If you order a hoodie which is 80% or more cotton, it may take up to 20 days without production time, because the quality it higher and the stock is limited.
2. Important Information
* Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
* MALVON is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
* Please ensure your address details are correct. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees for reshipping.
* Orders are automatically shipped from the warehouse closest to you to minimize delivery times.
