Refund policy

1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label and further instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee – 25%
For returns due to a change of mind, a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price will be applied. Our supplier does not accept returns, so all associated costs fall on us. We kindly ask you to double-check your order before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately.
We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

3.1 The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Personalized or custom-made products

- Personal care items such as cosmetics

- Gift cards and sale items

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before requesting a return.

4. Incorrect Address

Always double-check your information before placing an order.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will try to adjust it free of charge.
Once production or shipping has started, additional costs may apply.

5. Exchanges / Change of Mind

If there’s a problem with an order — such as a manufacturing error or a damaged item upon receipt — please report it to us immediately. After confirmation, we will provide a free replacement, and you do not need to return the product.

If you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind, exchanges are at your own expense.
We do not offer free reprints or restitching in these cases because we do not hold stock in a warehouse, nor does the supplier.
For this reason, we’ve added a confirmation button at checkout, so you can double-check your order details — including size and color — before completing your purchase. We appreciate your understanding.

6. Lost Packages

First, verify that your shipping address and name were entered correctly.
If the information is correct, please email us at thelaughingvoid5@gmail.com.

Once your information has been verified, we will send you a replacement.
If the address or name were incorrect, or you missed the delivery and your package was returned, a new shipping fee depending on your product will be applied for reshipment.

7. Tracking Shows Delivered but I Did Not Receive Anything

If the tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact the delivery service to check if it was left with a neighbor or at another location.
Then notify us at thelaughingvoid5@gmail.com and include your order invoice if possible.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect delivery information or missed delivery, a shipping fee depending on your product will be applied for reshipment.

8. Legal Withdrawal Period (EU)

For deliveries within the European Union, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days.
Within this time frame, you may cancel or return your order for any reason.

If a product is returned, the refund will be issued in full unless the item has been used, damaged or returned in a condition that diminishes it's value. In such cases, reasonable costs may be deducted from the refund to account for the reduced value.

Note: For non-EU returns due to a change of mind, a 25% restocking fee applies. Our supplier does not accept returns, so all associated costs fall on us. We kindly ask you to double-check your order — including size and color — before completing your purchase.

9. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days via your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
