DTG vs DTFLex

MALVON tries it's best to offer the highest quality of printing, but what is the difference between a ''DTG Printing'' and ''DTFlex Printing''? Read our short but very helpful guide about the difference.

DTG (Direct to garment) Printing :

  • Prints directly on the fabric
  • Works best on cotton
  • Great for detailed, full color designs
  • Feels soft on the garment
  • Slightly cheaper

DTFlex (Direct to film flex) Printing :

  • Prints onto a special film first, then transfers to the garment
  • Works on almost any fabric, including polyester
  • Durable and vibrant, lasts longer after washing
  • Can handle full color and complex designs
  • Slightly thicker feel due to the transfer layer
  • Slightly higher cost

Depending on the type of garment, the most suitable printing method will be applied to ensure the highest quality.
