DTG vs DTFLex
MALVON tries it's best to offer the highest quality of printing, but what is the difference between a ''DTG Printing'' and ''DTFlex Printing''? Read our short but very helpful guide about the difference.
DTG (Direct to garment) Printing :
- Prints directly on the fabric
- Works best on cotton
- Great for detailed, full color designs
- Feels soft on the garment
- Slightly cheaper
DTFlex (Direct to film flex) Printing :
- Prints onto a special film first, then transfers to the garment
- Works on almost any fabric, including polyester
- Durable and vibrant, lasts longer after washing
- Can handle full color and complex designs
- Slightly thicker feel due to the transfer layer
- Slightly higher cost
Depending on the type of garment, the most suitable printing method will be applied to ensure the highest quality.
